Product availability

The products are new products. They are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks and supply possibilities from NICODAM TRADING suppliers.

The availability of the products will be definitively validated upon confirmation of shipment of the order which will be sent to the Customer by email.

In the event that one of the products ordered is not available during the preparation of the Customer's order, NICODAM TRADING undertakes to contact the Customer by email immediately from the date of his order in order to inform him when this product can be delivered, it being specified that the Customer has the right to cancel his order.

Delivery

Our prices are from Paris in France excluding delivery costs.

The Products are delivered in mainland France, to the address of your choice as indicated in the order form, within an average period of 2 working days from validation of the order (see above, in the section order). For shipments abroad and overseas departments and territories, the average delivery time is 5 working days from validation of the order.

It is your responsibility to provide us with all the details necessary for the proper delivery of your order.

Right to retract

Pursuant to article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of the products ordered.

The Customer must return the products, to the address mentioned herein, within 14 days of communication of their decision to withdraw, in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition, without any trace or mark, with labels, all accessories and any gifts offered. Failing this, NICODAM TRADING will be entitled to apply a discount in respect of the Client's trial right (example, use of liquids).

He must return the product with a duplicate invoice. Only the costs of returning the products remain the responsibility of the Customer. If all the conditions required for the return of the products are not respected, NICODAM TRADING may deduct from the sums to be reimbursed, where applicable, a share of the sale price corresponding to the sale price of the missing products.

NICODAM TRADING undertakes to reimburse the Consumer Client within 14 days of receipt of the registered letter specifying the Client's desire to withdraw or the standard form. However, NICODAM TRADING is entitled to defer this reimbursement until the goods are actually recovered.

Reimbursement is made directly to the Customer's bank account, following the same terms as those used to pay for the products in question.

Responsibility

NICODAM TRADING, which markets High Vaping products, cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from use of High Vaping products that does not comply with the instructions for use provided with them.

NICODAM TRADING cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike and in particular postal services and means of transport and/or communications.
